The Journey began in commercial real estate — with over 250,000+ sqm sold and a solid network built across the market. This foundation gave deep expertise in commercial assets and large-scale transactions.
Dubai
Entering the UAE market with a focus on high-end interior design for villas, offices, and hospitality developments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Key projects include SLS Hotel, Al Ain Mosque, and private villas in Jumeirah Golf Estates and Saadiyat Island.

Entered the commercial real estate market by securing $60M in investments for high-profile properties in DIFC. Took on the role of development partner and managing director in launching CODE, a fully serviced office concept in the heart of DIFC.
Lunar
We expanded into the hospitality sector with a flagship project developed from the ground up — designed to offer strong investment potential while aligning with the region’s growing tourism demand. This milestone led to the launch of LUNAR — the world’s first Performance Resort, introducing a new hospitality format that combines real estate development with immersive multimedia performance experiences.
